Pinecrest Gardens

Pinecrest Gardens was the first upscale, private community developed by our group. Located in the heart of Pinecrest, South Miami, the community is accessed through a secure entry gate and features twelve Mediterranean-style residences. Five distinct models, averaging 5,000 square feet each, were designed with variations and customizations to suit the individual needs and tastes of each homeowner.

At the rear of the community, four homes enjoy serene canal-front backyards. The layout was thoughtfully planned, with the residences radiating outward from four central rotundas, fostering an integrated and harmonious neighborhood setting.

Serving as developer, architect, and builder, our group offered homeowners exceptional flexibility in customizing their residences. Every customization was carefully crafted within the Mediterranean architectural language, ensuring variety and individuality while preserving a cohesive aesthetic throughout the community.

More than two decades later, the lush landscaping continues to flourish, enhancing the beauty and charm of the neighborhood. Residents take great pride in their exclusive community, and the strong sense of belonging has fostered a deep-rooted desire to stay.
