I · The Setting
FTL Self-Storage is a ground-up 110,000 square foot self-storage development located in the rapidly growing Fort Lauderdale market. The project capitalizes on strong demand drivers in the area, including population growth and limited new supply of quality storage facilities.
II · The Design
Urbanika Capital is managing all aspects of the project from site selection through construction and delivery, bringing the same institutional rigor and hands-on approach that defines all of our work.
One hundred ten thousand square feet, from entitlement to top-out.
III · The Details
Concrete tilt-wall construction topped out in June 2026, and the building is now in its finishing phase, with completion targeted for late 2026. The renderings show the finished facility; the aerials record the structure going up — the same project, months apart, which is the part of development that never makes the brochure.
