Aventura Bay

Aventura Bay Townhomes is a highly successful development comprising 65 luxury residences thoughtfully designed on a 4.5-acre site in Aventura, adjacent to Williams Island. The townhomes are arranged in six main courtyards or horseshoe-shaped clusters, each averaging ten units, creating an intimate sense of privacy within each group.

A central roadway leads to a beautifully appointed clubhouse featuring a gym, pool, Jacuzzi with trellises, and a playground. Six distinct three-bedroom models were designed, with one model offering a den and full bath on the third level, adaptable as a fourth bedroom or home office.

The grand entrance to the community is marked by an elegant portico, an ornate gate, and a charming guardhouse adorned with precast scrolls and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The Mediterranean architectural style, complemented by dual-tone color palettes, lends the development a distinctive and timeless elegance.

Each townhome showcases individuality through dynamic facades — some with rounded or octagonal entry towers, others with open or covered balconies and terraces — creating a visually rich and varied streetscape. Residences facing the main entry road were designed with larger backyards, some offering private pools or Jacuzzis.
