I · The Setting
770 Lake Road is a modern 2-story luxury residence in the guard-gated Bay Point community, one of Miami's most prestigious waterfront neighborhoods. Designed by renowned architect Cesar Molina, this south-facing estate sits on a 12,740 square foot waterfront lot with 100 feet of panoramic water views and direct access to Biscayne Bay.
II · The Design
The brief to architect Cesar Molina called for a tropical resort-style villa organized around open volumes and natural light, with the water present from the main rooms. Urbanika Capital carried the project from ground-up construction management on the waterfront lot through the custom interior finishes and landscaping — coordinating design intent and field execution so that what was drawn is what was built.
One hundred feet of water, framed room by room.
III · The Details
High ceilings, privacy fascias, and thoughtfully designed gardens and pool decks create an atmosphere of refined waterfront living. The primary suite includes a double bathroom, oversized closet, and a private outdoor terrace overlooking the bay.
